Greg Mulholland has launched a community campaign to support Wharfedale Hospital.

Greg's latest campaign is spearheading a non-political community campaign to help Wharfedale Hospital reach its full potential.

Real progress has been made in the service that Wharfedale Hospital provides for the local community. However, more can be done and this campaign will be looking to press for the provision of more services for local people and will be lobbying the Government nationally to guarantee its future.

Support Wharfedale Hospital has three main aims;

• To call upon the Leeds University Teaching Hospitals Trust to make the most of Wharfedale Hospital and ensure that there are as many services as possible offered to local people.

• To call upon the NHS Leeds (the Leeds Primary Care Trust) to commission as many services and procedures to Wharfedale Hospital as possible.

• To call upon the Secretary of State for Health and the Department for Health to guarantee the future of Wharfedale Hospital as a community hospital serving the people of this area.
