A different kind of MP

Greg Mulholland promised from the outset to be a different kind of MP, answerable to local people and not to bosses in Westminster. He believes that if you work hard and listen to local people you can make a big difference as a local MP.

Greg helps hundreds of people with problems and issues every month behind the scenes, which is one of the main jobs of a constituency MP. People know that if they ask Greg for help he will take-up their concerns and their individual issues and cases. Greg has helped thousands of people since he was elected.

Whilst other politicians rely on spin, Greg is known as a plain speaker who is not afraid to speak his mind and nothing will stop him standing-up for the area and what he believes in.

Greg is well known as a formidable campaigner and local champion and has led community campaigns against Post Office closures, against cuts in hospital services, for more NHS dentists and in support of local pubs.

Greg also successfully led the campaign to keep Otley Police Station open to the public and is supporting the community campaign to make Headingley Primary School a community centre.
