Otley MP Judges Victorian Fayre Window Dressing Contest

1.16.00pm UTC (GMT +0000) Mon 12th Nov 2007

Greg Mulholland MP for Leeds North West recently judged a window dressing contest. The contest was part of this year's Victorian Fayre. Greg judged the contest alongside Paddy Stuval the town crier, and the Mayor of Otley.

Greg said "I very much enjoyed judging the contest, which I think is a great idea. It was clear that everyone had made a real effort and it was great to see their hard work had really paid off.

Greg was also present at the Victorian Fayre in the evening adding "The Victorian Fayre is a fantastic institution and one that Otley can be very proud of."

"It helps to raise a great deal of money for charity and is also a really enjoyable evening."

"It seems to get better every year and the organisers must take a huge amount of credit for all their hard work."
